Sold!
Our house (condo) has been up for sale since June 1st and as of Saturday, we officially have a contract in place. The closing date is set for the week of November 12th. There's a lot to do between now and then, but we are so thankful to have a buyer. The selling market here is not very desirable, so we are really fortunate. Next on our agenda....finding a new place to live! Stay tuned!

There are plenty of houses available in our neighborhood. The weather is beautiful this time of year and everytime of year.
Plus - those sox that you love so much play several games in the big inflatable!
Yeah, but the Tigers will just spank them! What about Chicago?!
Congratulations! I've always thought it was easier to buy than to sell, so the hardest part is done. Hope we will get to see more of you now.
