Happy (Belated) Easter!

In the interests of staying close to home this year, we had Easter dinner at our house. On Saturday, Elise helped me to make the sweet potatoes....but didn't like the end result.

Grandma and Grandpa S came, as well as Uncle Tom and Auntie Carole. We ate like royalty and were very full when finished! On the menu: delicious bean and veggie soup, spiral sliced ham, sweet potatoes, fresh green beans with almonds, green salad, asparagus, cherry and marshmallow Jello and homemade dinner rolls. For dessert....French Silk and Lemon Meringue Pie. Yum!
